Bill Fletcher, Jr. is Director of Field

Fernando Gapasin is President of the
Central Oregon Labor Council and General
Board Member of the Oregon State
Federation of Labor. He currently teaches at
the University of Oregon. He was the
principal researcher of the AFL-CIO’s Union
Cities program and former faculty at the
National Labor College (Labor Studies), Penn
State (Industrial Relations), and UCLA (Chicana/o Studies).
