Black in America: What if Jewish Kids Were Forced to Go to Adolph Hitler High?
Could you imagine, scores of Jewish children going to schools named after Adolph Hitler? Focus on this issue and you will understand the disrespect to black people in this country; their children enrolled in schools named for confederate heros responsible for he murder of millions of their ancestors.
Robert E. Lee is no hero. He was a defender of slavery and a harsh critic of abolitionism. He was also a slaver who brutally punished those who sought their rightful freedom.
In pre-war correspondence, Lee castigated the abolitionists for their political activity, and he never showed any qualms about the social order that he would later defend with arms.
He also had a few slaves that he inherited as part of a will agreement, with provisions to emancipate those slaves. But in fact, he dragged his heels in complying with the terms of that will. And he never gave a second thought to the fact that his beloved Arlington mansion was run by slave labor.
The proposition to make soldiers of our slaves is the most pernicious idea that has been suggested since the war began. It is to me a source of deep mortification and regret to see the name of that good and great man and soldier, General R. E. Lee, given as authority for such a policy. My first hour of despondency will be the one in which that policy shall be adopted. You cannot make soldiers of slaves, nor slaves of soldiers. The moment you resort to negro soldiers your white soldiers will be lost to you; and one secret of the favor with which the proposition is received in portions of the army is the hope that when negroes go into the Army they will be permitted to retire. It is simply a proposition to fight the balance of the war with negro troops. You can't keep white and black troops together, and you can't trust negroes by themselves
On their way to and from Gettysburg, Lee's troops seized scores of free black people in Maryland and Pennsylvania and sent them south into slavery. This was in keeping with Confederate national policy, which virtually re-enslaved free people of color into work gangs. ~ James W. Loewen
The Edmund Pettus Bridge is a bridge that carries U.S. Route 80 across the Alabama River in Selma, Alabama. Built in 1940, it is named for Edmund Winston Pettus, a former Confederate brigadier general,Democratic Party U.S. Senator from Alabama and Grand Dragon of the Alabama Ku Klux Klan. The bridge is a steel through arch bridge with a central span of 250 feet (76 m). There are nine large concrete arches supporting the bridge and roadway on the east side.
The Edmund Pettus Bridge was the site of the conflict of Bloody Sunday on March 7, 1965, when armed policemen attacked peaceful civil rights demonstrators with billy clubs and tear gas[2] as they were attempting to march to the Alabama state capital of Montgomery.
We have the Edmund Pettus Bridge, named after a KKK member and Confederate general, that still stands. Black people still cross this bridge today.
Imagine, what if Germany still had monuments to Hitler.
A look at this situation will make it very clear that America is rooted in injustice and continues to celebrate inequality. That is why we still have Columbus Day holiday, even after Columbus, murdered 259,000 indeginous people.
The southern confederates celebrate their legacy of wanting to be free but own slaves.
They were and are willing to murder white English people so they can continue to enslave blacks, to fuel an economy to kill red people so they could push west to steal the land of brown Mexican people, where they eventually tested weapons in the desert to kill yellow Japanese people.
This country is not based on freedom. It never has been. It is based on violence, theft, enslavement, murder, genocide and profit.
The police continue to murder us. KKK attacks, not considered terrorism, not investigated by the FBI as they would be if Middle Eastern people murdered scores of white people.
2015 is a year where we have more black men in prison than we had in slavery in 1859 and that number is ever increasing.
Prison reform must be our number one human rights objective, as is removing the glorious romanticism of the confederate traitors.

Mohammad Mosaddegh - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mohammad Mosaddegh - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mohammad Mosaddegh or Mosaddiq[a] (Persian: مُحَمَد مُصَدِق; IPA: [mohæmˈmæd(-e) mosædˈdeɣ] (
listen);[b] 16 June 1882 – 5 March 1967), was an Iranian politician. He was the democratically elected[1][2][3] Prime Minister of Iran from 1951 until 1953, when his government was overthrown in a coup d'état orchestrated by the AmericanCentral Intelligence Agency and the British Secret Intelligence Service.[4][5]
An author, administrator, lawyer, prominent parliamentarian, his administration introduced a range of progressive social and political reforms such as social security, rent control, and land reforms.[6] His government's most notable policy, however, was the nationalization of the Iranian oil industry, which had been under British control since 1913 through the Anglo-Persian Oil Company (APOC / AIOC) (later British Petroleum and BP).[7]
Mosaddeq is regarded[by whom?] as the leading champion of secular democracy and resistance to foreign domination in Iran's modern history. Mosaddegh was removed from power in a coup on 19 August 1953, organised and carried out by the CIA at the request of MI6, which chose Iranian General Fazlollah Zahedi to succeed Mosaddegh.[8]
While the coup is commonly referred to as Operation Ajax[9] after its CIA cryptonym, in Iran it is referred to as the 28 Mordad 1332 coup, after its date on the Iranian calendar.[10] Mosaddegh was imprisoned for three years, then put under house arrest until his death and was buried in his own home so as to prevent a political furor.

THE DEATH PENALTY MUST BE STOPPED!
George Stinney was executed at 14. They had to prop him up with books to allow his 5'1" ....95 pound frame to fit in the ELECTRIC CHAIR!
I AM ENRAGED AT THIS!
My father was murdered and I do not support the death penalty! It is racist, it is unjust, it is barbaric!
Our court systems cannot decide divorces or child custody cases fairly. ....how can they be trusted to decide death penalty cases?
The majority of people on death row are people of color. I is just plain unfair! SEE THE WHOLE HORRIBLE STORY HERE!
