Women in Law
September 7th - October 28th, 2018

This exhibit recognizes many lawyers, judges, judicial officials who have fought legal battles every day on behalf of citizens who seek their expertise. The history presented in this exhibit acknowledges the contributions and influence of women lawyers, reminds us that the practice of law is a profession that embodies an ideal, and encourages us to work towards justice.

Women of the Gaslamp... A Walking Tour

Meet downtown San Diego for "A Walking Tour of the Gaslamp Quarter District" with highlights of the women who lived in the district, women who helped improve the lives of people living in the district, and those women who helped to "clean up" the district. Questions: What role did Lydia Knapp Horton and Dr. Charlotte Baker play in the district? Youth Organizing for Unity (YOU)

'March for Our Lives' was just the beginning!

We can build an inter-sectional youth movement for Social Justice.

Linking to ongoing organizations & organizing is key

Together we can build an intersectional movement; for peace with justice & equity. The NRA & Trumpsters are undermining democracy, igniting racism, tax breaks for billionaire$. Youth are saying "A new world is possible"

Had Enough? Ready to organize to end violence in the US and abroad? Corporate capitalism is at the root of a society that degrades human relationships with environmental, racial, gender, LGBTQ and immigrant intolerance. Unite!

KNSJ 89.1 fm is 5 years old on July 4th, 18, We strive to break new ground.  What you hear on KNSJ has never been heard on the San Diego airwaves. Without the deeper analysis and challenging perspectives, we can not expect a community to participate in shaping its destiny. KNSJ is young, yearning to become an agent of transformative information and communications.
Our syndicated programs not only tell national and international stories, we are striving to inspire local action and involvement. What other station has a local women's show, a masterfully-produced political humor show, a Vets show, several environmental shows, labor shows, a live Native American talk show, plus Democracy Now with Amy Goodman, Thom Hartman, Ralph Nader and local icon Mike Aguirre?
This year we have been adding a new locally-produced music show every month. We have just begun our quest for indispensable information in San Diego.  We need your help to blossom.  Please, Please, donate now. Your support can help transform San Diego.
