Help out locally.  Your donation will go directly the San Diego Chapter.
The Brady Campaign works to pass and enforce sensible federal, state and local gun laws, regulations and public policies through grassroots activism, electing public officials who support common sense gun laws.  Through our Million Mom March and Brady Chapters, we work locally to educate the public about the dangers of guns and to honor the victims of gun violence.  We believe that all Americans, especially children, have the right to live free from the threat of gun violence.

San Diego Gun Buy-Back
Our chapter contributed to and participated in the San Diego gun buy back on August 30.  The event was organized by UAAMAC in collaboration with the Sheriff and SDPD. We distributed information about Brady and the ASK campaign.  The line of cars stretched out of the parking lot and down the street;  hundreds of guns were turned in.  This was a great use of our funds and an excellent venue to educate the public about the importance of sensible gun laws.
