Highlights: Welcome the World March team going around the world. Call for "zone of nonviolence" at this and all borders.
Nonviolent March to the Border, crossing into Tijuana as symbolic act of connecting as human beings across walls and borders.
Nobel Peace Laureates "Charter for a World Without Violence" presented to World March in recent Berlin summit.
WHEN: Thursday, Dec. 3 from 1 - 2:30 pm, followed by March to the Border, crossing for more celebrations in TJ, all invited (bring your passport).
WHY: To send a message worldwide about the urgent need for nonviolence not only around our own border but as a key step toward peace for people divided by all walls and borders around the planet. To present the Nobel Peace Laureates "Charter for a World Without Violence." To connect with others for future initiatives.
WHERE: Cesar Chavez-Larsen Field (1/2 mi. West of I-5 on Camino de la Plaza, last exit, on right side, across from America's Outlets).

WHO: Grassroots, participant organized. Endorsed by City of San Francisco, Nobel Peace Laureates Jimmy Carter, Desmond Tutu, the Dalai Lama, Rigoberta Menchú, many more; presidents, mayors, Martin Sheen, Maxine Waters, thousands more individuals and organizations. Initiated by Spanish NGO World Without Wars.
