[SDCPJ] Sat 11/21 VOLUNTEERS needed: PRC 35th Anniversary

The Peace Train is rolling!

On Sat 11/21, the PRC is hosting a "Souper Supper" to celebrate 35 years. While we have some awesome Souper volunteers lined up, we still need more...

Can YOU help? 

(p.s. if money is a hardship, this is an awesome way to contribute!!)

If you're willing and able, please reply to MARIAH@prcsd.org

and indicate which time/tasks you will help with:

     4:00 - 5:15 pm (5 people: 3 for general setup, 2 for kitchen)

     5:00 - 6:30 pm (1 person to assist at door, handout programs etc)

     5:30 - 7:00 pm (1-2 people to assist kitchen, refills, etc.)
     8:30 - 9:30 pm (4 people for various cleanup)

4:30-5:30... Open House inside the PRC

5:00......... Dinner doors open (at sanctuary)

     - Check out the creative fun(d)-raising, including a photo booth

5:30......... "Souper Supper" dinner, made by volunteer peace cooks!

     - with music by "Thiago & Nichole"

     - vegetarian/vegan soups, cornbread, and dessert 

6:15......... Welcome

6:30......... Program "This is Your Life, PRC"

     - music by Peggy Watson & sing-alongs with Tom Owen-Towle

     - Birthday Cake & recognition of Carol Jahnkow

     - New Board Member introductions
