For almost 30 years Border Angels has worked with migrant farm workers,
where we began in canyons of North County, Carlsbad. This past week we
continued visits with "jornaleros", water in desert, immigration Tuesday
and today we had our monthly "First Immigration Sunday's @ Friendship
Park" thank you immigration attorney Helene Collins, we had more than 20
cases today, thanks also to Roberto and Yolanda.
Feliz Cumpleanos, Gaba and welcome back Hugo ! Great to see Hector
getting ready for his movie debut (el Brad Pitt Mexicano) Beautiful
Easter service today by Rev John Fanestil and Reverend Guillermo
Navarrete. Bishop Dermot had two masses at Casas del Migrantes in
Tijuana. PLEASE VISIT US AT CHICANO PARK DAY coming soon !
This week we continue with migrant out reach, support of our farm
workers, immigration Tuesday and introduce Financial Consulting w/ Mar
Cardenas this Monday @ our office (please RSVP w
Dulce) We also continue to welcome schools groups and prepare for
upcoming, Children's Day Celebration April 26 @ Friendship Park 12 noon
