Ceremony before the the Buddhist March to Decommission San Onofre started off.

The monks will begin their fast and vigil today, Saturday, 12/1/12 at the park by the San Clemente Pier.  The vigil site was moved because of the radioactive steam generator part in front of San Onofre awaiting shipment to Utah.
