Update: Mike Garcia, Tahra Ludwig, Tito, and Chris McKay arrested at the Jerry Sanders Mayoral Address at BalboaTheater. Charges were felony conspiracy to disturb the peace, with bail amounts of $10,000 each (about $1,000 bond). This is unprecedented.

Email server back up. Processes were installed by a hacker to take down the email system by killing the DNS service.

Occupy Congress bus takes off today.
