San Diegans to Save the Bill of Rights In Protest of President Obama Signing the Defense Bill (NDAA) We are holding a Sit-In at the San Diego County Democratic Party Headquarters 8340 Clairemont Mesa Blvd 11 am Monday, December 19th This bill will undermine the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Amendments to the Bill of Rights as it will allow American citizens to be arrested on American soil, and without trial be held indefinitely.
