[SDCPJ] Ray Lutz arrested at Civic Ctr. for setting up voter registration table

Ray Lutz has been arrested at the Civic Center/Freedom Plaza for setting up a voter registration table. See video below. The policeman arresting him said he was being charged with trespassing and refusing to leave. More info when it's known. In the meantime, please call the mayor's office and city council and police department and ask why it is illegal to register voters in a public place.
