Activist San Diego General Meeting ~  FOCUS ~ Resist the War - End the Occupations! Support Robin Long and all War Resisters! Stepping up the Pressure for Peace and Prosperity! Blackwater Out of San Diego! Monday, March 16th at 7 PM Joyce Beers Community Center Everyone welcome - Please join us. Activist San Diego's general meeting will focus will be on mobilizing for peace; Building Support for War Resisters by members of the US Military (a speaker on Robin Long's situation).  Local Vets for Peace and Robin Long supporters will discuss the campaign along with 2 SPECIAL GUEST FROM CANADA! Blackwater - An update on BW & Southwest College and their relocations in SD and their name changes. Building-up to March 21 rally/demonstration in San Diego:  Let's get organized and get the word out.  Help us phone bank too. SPECIAL GUESTS: Two prominent peace Parliamentarians from Canadian, Olivia Chow M.P. (NDP) and Borys Wrzesnewskyj (Liberal), critics of the war in Iraq, and Canada's immigration policies, will be in San Diego.  they will have just visited visit may correspond with the Mon. March 16th meeting- in which case they will certainly be attending.
