Living Peace in a Time of War: Issues and Opportunities

Saturday, November 15th,

6-10pm

An historic election has taken place and for the first time in more than a generation a potentially transformational figure has been elected to the highest office of the United States. What new opportunities does this present to us? In what new ways might concerned citizens practice civic engagement? The message has been, "Yes we can." So, in what new ways might we want to exercise and practice personal daily leadership? How do we want to continue supporting each other in our work in making the world a more peaceful and just place?

This will be a evening to explore this and many other related questions. Consider coming and bring a friend or two!

Format: The meeting will start without a preset agenda. Those who come will co-create the evening's program, self-organizing into discussion groups. Results of all conversations will be captured in a book of proceedings for dissemination afterwards.
